My Interview


my mentor name is Paul Fredrick Anderton.he was born in Stockbridge, Hampshire England.He went to college in Norwich (England) and was student for five years. and he is not planing of going back to school.He have Bachelor's degree at American studies and master degree at development studies international issue.He is passionate about Education being an important work and enjoy working with immigrantHe first became a teacher and wanted to travel different country and learn different cultureHe have good skills and experience working their.He have work their for nine months.He is the youth program coordinator. He plan activity's for the kids manage volunteers and interns, he also a super vise, he plan weekend trip. He think that the community at the job is not easy and childrens have different behavior and parent are difficult to get involved. They is not enough money in the job to get supplies. He like working with the childrens and see them improved. He also like having more time helping the youth program. One of his job was a project coodinator, right to play, at Lusaka, Zambia. he also have another one call the english lecturer Ehine university in Japan. Those work are similar with this one because he work with youth different because this one is much more smaller. His future in this job will not be so long just for two in a half years more. He want to work here because it can be rewording and no because it can be difficult knowing what's the best thing to do with the kids when they are not behaving. he is not planing to have his own business.he say that intern help by mentoring the children at the center one on one and also contributing energy and ideas to the program. something that he will advise to high school student is to organized time, be serious about the work because if start working hard you will have a better job and a better life in the future. He also say that try to work on what you good at, and find something that you enjoy and the career you want
